What the Sponsor Add-On Includes (standard for all room packages)

  • Dedicated event coordinator for setup, timelines, and hotel liaison

  • Premium AV package: projector/LED screen or monitor, wired/wireless microphones, podium, basic tech support

  • Complimentary enhanced Wi-Fi for the room (higher bandwidth)

  • Room branding package: step-and-repeat, digital signage placement, branded easel in lobby (subject to hotel approval)

  • Catering options available (estimate ranges for reference: $500 — $10,000 depending on headcount & menu)

  • Valet parking passes included (4–20 passes depending on room size / package level)

  • Priority booking window for Oscar weekend clients and sponsor partners

  • Optional upgrades (additional cost): billboard or exterior digital signage mention, on-site TV interview spot during event, podcast interview scheduling, extended post-event recap video placement

  • Presenting / Signature level sponsors — access to Mandarin A/B or Club and best branding (title recognition, largest LED/billboard exposure).

  • Diamond / Platinum level sponsors — access to Hiro, Salon 6 A/B, Mandarin A (large meeting + premium branding).

  • Gold level sponsors — access to Sierra Suite, Mandarin B, Salon 6 A, Salon 5 (mid-sized meetings, AV & branded collateral).

  • Silver / Bronze sponsors — access to Boardroom, Salon 9, 8, 7, Press Room (intimate meetings, press/media briefing, investor huddles).

  • Saturday, March 14, 2026: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Sunday, March 15, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning block)
    (Other custom blocks available on request subject to hotel availability; evening blocks for larger ballrooms may be limited.)

Booking Requirements & Payment Terms

  • Minimum sponsorship requirement: access to sponsor add-on pricing requires Gold Tier sponsorship ($10,000) or higher.

  • Deposit: 50% deposit required at time of booking to hold the room.

  • Final payment due: February 1, 2026 (or earlier if hotel requires).

  • Cancellation / Change policy: subject to hotel contract (we recommend negotiating a reduced penalty window for sponsors — e.g., partial refund up to 60 days prior).
