Terms

Payment Instructions:
1- Zelle Payments: You may send your payment via Zelle to samirashowtv@gmail.com or 818-858-6497.
2- Wire Transfers: For bank wire transfers, please contact us directly at 818-858-6497 for detailed instructions.
Ensure that all wire transfers are completed within 5 days to avoid any delays in your service. Sponsorship and Advertising Artwork
3- Artwork Submission:
All print-ready artwork for sponsorships must be submitted by February 15 at 5:00 PM. And for or advertisements 45 days before the date of publication. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the omission of your advertisement from the publication or event materials.

Payment Authorization
4- Authorization for Services:
By submitting this payment authorization, you confirm that the payment is intended for the product(s) and/or service(s) described in the agreement above, for the amount specified. This authorization allows Samira’s Network to process the payment under these terms.

5- Non-Refundable Payment: Please be aware that all payments made for event tickets, sponsorships, magazine ads, video production, content creation, and social media marketing services are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions will be made.

Credit Card Authorization
6- Legal Confirmation:
By providing your credit card information, you confirm that you are the legal holder and authorized signatory of the credit card.
You authorize Samira’s Network to charge the agreed amount, understanding and accepting the terms outlined in this agreement.

Acceptance of Terms
7- Acknowledgment:
By proceeding with this transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein.
