A Chinese descendant born in the Philippines and raised in Los Angeles majority of her life. She takes on a different spin on French American pastries by infusing flavors from her heritage, as well as, classic nostalgic flavors.
From a self taught baker at the age of twelve to working different aspects of the hospitality industry, Aeriel is finally ready to pave a road for herself by expressing who she is through her pastries.
Crumbs and Flakes Bakery was born in November of 2022 from her one bedroom apartment in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
