Event organizers can create an event-specific affiliate program to increase attendance for their event by offering a referral commission to third-party promoters. The payment can either be a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the ticket price, set by the event organizer. They are responsible for making payments to their affiliates' PayPal account, unless otherwise indicated in their affiliate program description. Eventbrite is in no way responsible for any earnings owed to you by event organizers.
To join our Luxury Gala affiliate program, you must receive an invitation from us or register online to be considered an affiliate and after approval you will get your link, click on the embedded link in the email. You will receive a unique URL which you must use to refer attendees or sponsors to purchase their ticket or sponsorship package from our website.
You can view basic stats and earnings on the Event Affiliate Program page. You can access this page by logging into your affiliate account, clicking on your email address in the upper right, selecting Settings, then clicking on Event Affiliate Program.
our Affiliate program manager is responsible for making payments to your PayPal account, unless otherwise indicated in our affiliate program description. Your PayPal account email address is listed at the bottom of the Payout Methods page. You can access this page by logging into your affiliate program account, clicking on your email address in the upper right, selecting Settings, then clicking on Payment Accounts. Make sure this PayPal account email is accurate. If you don't have a PayPal account, open an account now.

No refund for any of our ticket purchases-you can upgrade or downgrade it--within 30 days of purchase and 30 days before the event with the regular price but the prices will be higher as the date is closer to the event date.
No , Tickets can be picked up at the event or online bar-code can be downloaded. When you arrive to the event site we scan your barcode to check in. You must have valid Government issued ID to enter the event.
