4- IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL LUXURY GALA VOLUNTEERS
Dinner for approved volunteers and media representatives will be served in a designated private room. A map and complete directions to the dinner room will be provided before the event.
To receive dinner, you must have one of the following:
• A valid dinner ticket purchased in advance
• An official email or text authorization directly from Samira Kazemeni, Dr. Kamiar Tarighi, or Abhishek
Without a purchased ticket or written authorization from one of these three individuals, dinner cannot be provided.
Please do not enter the main ballroom or take an unassigned dinner seat. Luxury Gala dinners are always sold out, and taking a seat without authorization means taking the reserved seat of a guest who has paid for it. Samira’s Network cannot and will not accept this.
Anyone requesting or attempting to receive a main-ballroom dinner during the event without advance authorization will be required to purchase a ticket at the event-day price of $1,000, subject to availability.
Please make all arrangements in advance. No exceptions will be made during the event.
