Determined to make elegance a natural instinct rather than a performance, Clara traveled to Italy at age 25 to study at a prestigious international etiquette school. There, she immersed herself in high-level life aesthetics—flower arrangement, tea art, etiquette, and the refined rituals that elevate day-to-day living. These practices became the foundation of her lifestyle, shaping a personal philosophy centered on beauty, discipline, and intentionality.
Today, Clara’s life reflects a harmonious balance of creativity and wellness. Her weekly routine includes oil painting, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, and golf—endeavors that keep her grounded mentally, physically, and artistically. Her love for painting continues through immersive studio sessions, where each artwork requires more than 100 hours of focused dedication. To Clara, painting is not just expression—it is the realization of a lifelong dream and a meditative journey of inner refinement.
In music, Clara’s achievements are equally remarkable. With eight years of Guzheng mastery, she has captivated audiences while using her talent to raise funds for charitable causes. Her artistry extends beyond performance—she believes deeply in using creativity to convey warmth, build connections, and uplift communities. Since 2011, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Chinese American Chamber of Commerce Foundation (OCCACCF), actively raising funds and personally donating to help financially disadvantaged Chinese American students achieve their dream of completing a college education.
