Position Summary: As an Event Production Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and venue setup.
- Support event coordination and execution, working closely with the event production team.
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and guest services.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, guest list management, and data entry.
- Provide general support in pre-event and post-event activities.
- Learn and adapt to industry-standard event management tools and software.
- Contribute to the creativity and innovation of event concepts and designs.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for event production and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
