Welcome to the Crypto Lounge Team!
This exclusive lounge is one of the most innovative additions to the Luxury Gala, featuring blockchain exhibitors, NFT presentations, crypto education, and networking among VVIP investors, celebrities, and partners.
Your role is vital to ensuring that only authorized guests enter this area—and that the experience remains smooth, secure, and upscale.

Below are your full instructions for event day.

📍 Arrival & Check-In

Call Time:
12:30 PM (subject to change) — arrive early for briefing & wristband verification training.

Check-In Location:
Crypto Lounge Staff Desk (inside the venue)

Upon checking in, you will receive:

  • Staff badge or lanyard
  • Area assignment
  • Wristband guidelines
  • Communication instructions (radio or team lead contact)
  • Quick orientation of the Crypto Lounge layout

Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory.

🕒 Crypto Lounge Schedule

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🔹 Open to approved guests with Crypto Lounge wristbands or digital passes.

4:00 PM – End of Event
🔹 Open for VVIP guests only
(Only those with black or platinum wristbands / credentials)

Your job is to monitor and enforce access during both phases.

You are responsible for verifying entry using:

Approved Access Types

  • Crypto Lounge Wristband
  • VVIP Platinum Wristband
  • Approved Exhibitor/Partner Credentials
  • Authorized Staff Badges

NOT Allowed

  • General admission tickets
  • Standard guest wristbands
  • Media wristbands (unless pre-approved)
  • Anyone attempting to “sneak in,” follow others, or bypass your checkpoint

Always remain polite but firm.

If there is any doubt:

  • Do not allow entry.
  • Immediately contact the Crypto Lounge Team Lead.

🛡️ Your Role: Usher + Area Security

You are responsible for:

1. Access Control

  • Greet guests professionally
  • Check wristbands accurately
  • Prevent unauthorized entry
  • Enforce VVIP-only access after 4 PM

2. Guest Assistance

  • Direct guests to seating, bars, exhibitors, and activations
  • Answer basic questions
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished presence

3. Area Monitoring

  • Watch for overcrowding
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow
  • Report suspicious behavior or safety issues
  • Maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times

4. Protecting Exhibitors & Assets

The Crypto Lounge may contain:

  • Valuable tech devices
  • NFT displays
  • Cryptocurrency demo systems
  • High-profile individuals

Never leave your station until properly replaced.

👗 Dress Code

All Crypto Lounge personnel must look professional and polished:

Men:

  • Black suit or dark formal attire
  • Black tie preferred
  • Clean grooming

Women:

  • Black formal suit, dress, or elegant event attire
  • Professional, clean appearance

NOT permitted:

  • Bright colors
  • Casual clothing
  • Distracting accessories
  • Sneakers or open-toe casual shoes

You represent one of the most exclusive parts of the event.

📱 Communication

You may receive:

  • A small radio
  • A team lead phone/text group
  • Walkie channels

Always keep your communication device:

  • Charged
  • On vibrate
  • Easily accessible

Report issues immediately — do not try to resolve conflicts alone.

🥤 Food & Breaks

Your presence is required at all times unless your team lead releases you for a break.

Allowed:

  • Quick water breaks
  • Light snacks off-site (not inside the Crypto Lounge)

Not allowed:

  • Eating in guest view
  • Leaving your post without coverage

🚫 What Crypto Lounge Personnel MUST NOT Do

To maintain professionalism and guest trust:

  • Do NOT request photos with guests or celebrities
  • Do NOT allow exceptions to access rules
  • Do NOT argue with guests — escalate if needed
  • Do NOT leave doors unattended
  • Do NOT post backstage content on social media
  • Do NOT share guest information or internal procedures

The Crypto Lounge is exclusive — security and discretion are essential.
