Luxury Gala – Fashion Model Instructions & Event Day Guide

Congratulations!
You have been selected as an official Fashion Model for the Luxury Gala. We are excited to have you showcase your talent, professionalism, and elegance on one of the most prestigious red-carpet nights in Los Angeles.

Below you will find everything you need to know for a smooth, organized, and successful experience on the day of the event.

📍 Event Day Arrival & Check-In

Arrival Time: Morning Call Time – Exact schedule will be sent to you by your coordinator.
Check-In Location: Model Registration Desk (follow event signs)

At check-in, you will:

  • Sign your model release form

  • Receive your wristband / access badge

  • Get your schedule for rehearsal, hair/makeup, and runway time

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may risk losing their place in the lineup.

💄 Hair & Makeup Room

After check-in, you will be escorted to the Hair & Makeup Room.

Important:

  • Come with clean face (no makeup)

  • Hair should be clean, dry, and product-free

  • Do not bring friends or family into the makeup area—models only

  • Stay available and do not leave without notifying the coordinator

👗 Wardrobe & Styling

You will be assigned to a designer and will receive your outfit during fitting.

Rules:

  • Do not remove tags unless instructed

  • Do not eat or drink while wearing designer outfits

  • Treat all garments with utmost care

  • Return the outfit immediately after the runway show

If you brought your own shoes or accessories (if allowed), please label them clearly.

👠 Dress Code (Before & After Runway)

Off-stage, you must maintain a professional and fashionable appearance:

  • Chic black outfit or all-black dress code (unless instructed otherwise)

  • No flip-flops, casual wear, gym clothing, or oversized bags

  • Keep a neat, polished look throughout the day

🍽️ Food & Meals

We recommend that you eat before arriving.

Models may bring:

  • Water

  • Non-messy, non-staining snacks (granola bars, dry fruit, nuts)

Please do not eat in:

  • Makeup room

  • Wardrobe area

  • Red carpet section

  • Backstage while wearing the designer outfit

A designated break area will be available.

🚫 What Models Are NOT Allowed to Do

To maintain professionalism and a smooth event flow, please follow these rules:

  • Do not wander outside assigned areas

  • Do not ask celebrities or VIPs for photos

  • Do not post backstage photos before the show begins

  • Do not leave the venue without permission from your coordinator

  • Do not bring additional guests

  • Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or substances

Violation may result in removal from the show.

📸 Red Carpet Access

Models will have scheduled red-carpet time coordinated by the production team.

You may only access the red-carpet area at your assigned time.

After your runway show, you are welcome to:

  • Take additional personal red-carpet photos

  • Participate in media interviews (if selected)

Please follow direction from red-carpet staff at all times.

When your segment is finished:
