Sweeteners
Our vegan baked goods are primarily sweetened with:
- Organic Cane Sugar: The main sweetener used in most products.
- Coconut Sugar: A low fructose, low glycemic alternative for some with diabetes. If you prefer coconut sugar, please contact us. However, it is not safe for everyone, so sugar-conscious customers should consult their physician before consuming.
- Maple Syrup, Dates, or Molasses: Occasionally used as natural sweeteners.

The restaurant is particularly known for its rodízio service, where waiters, known as “gauchos,” roam the dining area with skewers of various grilled meats. Customers are provided with a card that they can flip to the green side to indicate they want more servings or to the red side to signal that they are done.
